If I could only win one prize - all chefs want to make the best dishes for just one meal. The same goes for the waiters in charge of the hall. From the moment customers come and go, we prepare for a long time from a few hours before opening in order to prevent any behavior that interferes with the taste of the meal. Starting with the cleanliness and furnishings of the bathroom, you have to take a lot of care to keep the platemates, coaster cutlery and cups on the table very clean. When the menu changes, everyone who prepares the space according to the changed menu sits around the desk to see the chef's intentions, and the waiters check the contents and necessary things before going out to the customer. - You can tell from the entrance where a lot of things are prepared for that one prize.
