Onggeun, an old saying that says it's not getting any better - It's a building that renovated an old factory in a seongsu-dong, but it is a place where the prevailing sentiment is that it's much better than it's ruined. It is a powerful sentence as many sagas have been derived from this concept. - So is space. Rather than uncritically accepting the old, it is very important to think about how the traces of the past should be dealt with in the present. - Beyond the concept of preservation of the past, coexistence with the past is always a question posed to all architects.
