Traveling the world with art This is Korea's first art library, and the view of the blue summer from the cool front window and the cool air-conditioning wind are all paradise. There are all sorts of art books and beautifully arranged furniture, so you can just sit around doing nothing and be elegant. - Best or unique? Your choice? Korea's first art library. Overwhelming impressions and new experiences. There are many restaurants nearby, so I read a book and then come back to read a book and drink coffee. A space where you don't get tired of being there all day. Perfect for a weekend date. — Best or unique? - 'A dirty world that only remembers the first place' This is a famous line from a previous program. It has now become a buzzword of the past. If it's a characteristic of Korea, it's unusual that it only remembers the first place. It is a story that can easily see the basics of Korean society, that in a competitive society, being first or nothing. But, is that really the case? Let's think about what we learned in social studies class when we were in school. Readers my age would have learned about 'a pluralistic society, an era of diverse personalities'. Those of us who have learned and grew up in this way have an obsessive compulsive notion that we have to be number one when we go out into society. When you rank first in the department, you are guaranteed to get a job at a first-class company in Korea. Do I have to come to my undergraduate studies to study what I want to learn and be first in the exams that are made there? Let's think for a moment. In fact, it is not. The SAT exam, midterm exam, and final exam are all just a system created by society. Let's look at it from the perspective of 'Anthropology', a field that has been studied for a long time in Western culture, although it is a small study in Korea. Society has become huge. It has a huge population. Corporations and universities do not know all of these individuals privately. All they know is a measure of how much performance can be achieved in the same amount of time. How much score can you get on the same exam in 6 years of study? How much can you achieve in four years of college? It's just in this context. - In a nutshell, scores don't correspond one-to-one with people. - Numerous companies are now aware of this commitment and are introducing various systems to recruit talented people with creative and unique strengths. However, we are still stuck in Korea's strong foundation and cannot see ourselves correctly. Some people equate their grades with their worth, while others equate their worth with the money they have. It is very difficult to remind those who have been accustomed to this for a long time to be 'the only me'. This is because the friend who sits next to him and studies hard is the same as most of the friends he meets at home and at school. - Among them, there are occupations that are particularly attracting attention these days. 'One person media creator' We call them 'YouTubers, creators, and streamers' in various ways. There is a reason they shine in this age. They shine because they know what they are good at and what they like. They become the masters of the media and show off their colors without hesitation, and they don't care about exams, grades, or money. We plan and produce the following video based on the longing and desire for how many people can influence what we like doing, and the sense of accomplishment. - Simply put, it is 'the only thing'. - Today's space is the only art library in Korea. This space is unique and provides a sense of space that is not easily seen in a space called a library. In a library where it is good to have a lot of books, a huge space for boys is given in the courtyard, and 'Let's study and create in a cool space above your head' majesticly gives up a spacious seat. In this space, art lovers visit art, gain knowledge about it, and burn their own creations. It is unique in Korea. They know who they are and are proud of their colors in the land of Uijeongbu. Because of this unique appearance, celebrities from famous TV programs have also filmed here. That's a pretty cool figure to put on the show. In today's space, I was able to think about how to shine the most. - Finally, while sitting here all day today, I watched students in uniforms studying. I know that the entrance exam is near. It was nice to see you working hard. They are preparing for the test to be evaluated by someone now, but after that test, they end this article hoping to live for 'the only me' and 'the work they love'. Take only as much as you can, I support you! - Location _ 855 Millak-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do - Opening hours _ 10-21 [Closed on Mondays] - Parking _ Use of nearby parking lots - PS.
