Contemporary Omakase, Conpierre You can enjoy course dishes made using seasonal ingredients. It feels like a luxurious Korean dish ✨ Among the various course dishes, the appetizer mackerel was the most interesting. It was very good 👍🏻 When the acid-cooked mackerel, cauliflower puree, various herbs, and lemon confit were mixed together, there was no fishy smell of mackerel and it was refreshing and soft 🤭 If you want to eat a course dinner, 'Conpierre' here is recommended.
