Ramura
Mapo-gu, Seoul • Restaurant
🐓 A ramen shop that starts with chicken and ends with chicken. Ramura sells chicken broth ramen with impressive chicken toppings. The meat toppings are very generous, from chicken legs in a barrel, sous-vide chicken breasts, and chicken chashu rolled up and grilled like chashu. Up to three quail eggs that climbed into the fern nest in the middle. Wow, I couldn't help but visit this ramen visual. Depending on the type of garnish, the menu is divided into three categories: whole chicken legs (jangkak), chicken legs, chicken topped with chicken breast, chickpeas topped with chicken sticks and chicken breast, and eggs topped with only quail eggs. After selecting the menu, you can choose one of the black ramen noodles with chicken bones and vegetables, and the white noodles with chicken and chicken bones. From the broth to the toppings, it is truly a ramen restaurant that starts with chicken and ends with chicken. 🍜 Chicken (black) The softness of the toppings is no joke. The whole chicken leg was easy to eat when you pick it up with tongs, and it was good because the smell of fire scorched with a torch added to the flavor. The sous vide chicken breast was also rolled up and the grilled chicken chashu was soft and melted well with the ramen, so it was all delicious. The broth was not too heavy or too light, and the impression was that it maintained a proper balance. It may feel a bit salty, but it seems to be regulating that part. With the colorful and soft toppings, the savory broth, and the generous noodles, this could not be anything other than comfort food. 🧾Chicken (Black) 13.0 Chick 9.0 Egg 6.0 🕙Everyday 11:30 - 20:30 📍1st floor, 21 Poeun-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul
