🍶A Japanese vodka bar where you can experience full Japanese sensibility
A Japanese style bar that exudes a calm sensibility amidst the hustle and bustle of Jamsilsaenae. From the exterior, the bar reeks of Japanese sensibility. It feels like many shops are popping up that have a look you can only find in Japan these days. It's these kinds of appearances that now work because people get their information from elsewhere!
There are table seats and tattami seats, but I think places like this are best enjoyed sitting on a tatami. Because there are many dishes that are hard to understand just by looking at the menu name, it's a good place to actively ask the chef.
It's full of a great many Japanese vodka and a variety of dishes. Not just simply the Japanese food we think of, but there are various dishes that feel like something you can see in Japan. A banquet of curiosity-provoking dishes!!
🐟 7 kinds of Sashimi
I think it was salmon, tuna, sweet shrimp, infrared fish, mackerel ..., but I can't remember everything.... ㅠ All of them were okay, nothing tasted fishy. Personally, infrared fish was particularly delicious.
🐷 Pork cutlet
This is a must. You must try it! Really! The crunchy outside with trotty pork neck inside. It was delicious than any pork cutlet I've ever had elsewhere. It's not heavy and I keep thinking about it.
🥔 Gnocchi
They put cheese fries on the gnocchi made with cheese and potatoes. When you deeply soak the chewy gnocchi in the egg yolk sauce below, it is sooo delicious!! The salty taste of cheese and its savory flavor matched very well.
🍢 Iron plate skewers
You can check out some new-looking iron-grilled skewers, including lotus root stuffed with beef and mushrooms, and asparagus rolled in pork belly. All 200 percent satisfying skewers!
