The tteokbokki I was expecting has a rich red color that you can only see in Busan, and it is very appetizing🤤 I was very satisfied with the 'non-painful spicy' I was looking for, as well as the strong taste as it appears. It's not the spicy flavor that's covered in capsaicin, it's the real spicy that comes with various ingredients🌶 It's been a while since I've liked tteokbokki. In the meantime, I ate a lot of tteokbokki, and it seems that there were a lot of 'middle' things that just followed the trend. It is said that in the tteokbokki market, where there is no main dish, it was rosé, mixed chicken, extremely spicy or sweet🤷♂️ Shinsegae tteokbokki was not a fad, but always showed a consistent taste as 'delicious tteokbokki'. Maybe that's the secret to its steady popularity for 45 years. Even in the midst of a busy schedule, the general things such as tempura and oden are not disturbed, and the boss who is kind to everyone is a real 'master' who shows the know-how of many years 👏 It is held in Myeongdong, the new world of tteokbokki.
