In 2020, @teoyang.studio_official reinterpreted the splendid beauty of Shilla in the lobby of the Gyeongju National Museum with a modern aesthetic. The detail of the lobby wood was inspired by the Silla earthenware heel, and the golden bowl became the formative language of lighting. Each piece of furniture used in the space is reminiscent of the elegant and sophisticated relics of Silla. Metal, wood, and lighting in a calm marble background harmonize together to inspire the journey of looking at the aesthetic senses unfolding in the exhibition hall. The inside of the exhibition hall also gives strength and blank space to numerous artifacts, adding to the flexibility of viewing. What was that era like, and it is passed on to us today, making us imagine a page of that beautiful history.
