Seouloin Seoulsquare
Jung-gu, Seoul โข Restaurant
โEverything is the mainโ Tokyo sirloin's new brand, 'Seoulloin', opened its third branch after Yeouido and Seoul Forest. Tokyo Sirloin continued to launch new brands in addition to Cow Seoul and Modou. Existing brands seemed to have changed their names and branding slightly, focusing on 1++ Korean beef, but Seoulloin stands out with more local menus and branding๐ The main menus here are sirloin and shrimp. It's an assortment of meat and rib meat, but what you need to pay attention to here is the side rather than the meat. The sashimi, which melts from the meat, paired with water parsley, had a harmonious flavor and texture, and the smell of meat and the smell of the sea spread at the same time as soon as you put it in your mouth, making the meat sashimi like sushi. Milmyeon, named 'Seoul Milmyeon', is a reinterpretation of Busan's food in Seoul's style. In particular, I did not expect much since Hangjeongsal Fried Rice is a place that deals with beef. Not only the taste but also the texture is moist, so even though we were full, we rave about it with our friends. As a side dish, the quantity is good, the quality is good, and the price is high(?), so it is enough to serve as a meal. The content of the side is longer than the main, because the quantity and quality (and price) that overshadows the word side makes all menus feel as main. It is really nice to have a store like this near Seoul Station, where there are many companies and restaurants are rare even at the station.
