'Modern Shabu House', a premium shabu shabu with a view of Seokchon Lake, opened the second store in Jamsil Sofitel following Gwanghwamun. Modern Shabu House is a restaurant where you can enjoy unlimited shabu-shabu and sukiyaki for 53,000 won per person. Just like you choose red or white soup when eating hot pot, you can choose a base from 7 types of shabu-shabu, including mushroom, tomato, and sukiyaki broth, and replace the broth when you get tired of eating. You can refill any meat you like through the tablet, from beef scallops to thin pork belly, and you can also bring fresh vegetables from the central bar to your liking. Not to mention the fresh meat and vegetables, the hospitality was really good. The finishing meal menu, which varies according to the broth, is also unique.
