The Foret

The Foret is a bakery cafe located in Hwaseong. Hwaseong is the first place I went to visit The Foret. It's nice to see and learn new things when visiting an area you've never heard of. The Foret is operated as a bakery cafe, and is operated together with the Blancser Bakery. This is a great place to enjoy the outdoors rather than indoors. You can enjoy coffee and bakery in the closest place to nature in the season of wearing green clothes like these days. It feels like you're on a picnic. It's a space where children can be together, so it's good for a date with couples, but it seemed that there were more family customers.

In the interior space, there is a space for ordering coffee and bakery and a space with the concept of a botanical garden like the annex. There are too many outdoor seats to describe, but one feature is that the space where 5 or 6 wood cabins are gathered is a reservation-only space. Please note that Wood Cabin can only be used by making a separate reservation in advance. The price of the bakery is a bit high because it is large and operated as a bakery cafe, but I think the fact that you can rest under a green blanket rather than with a great view is well worth a visit to The Foret.

The Americano was quite dark, I can't help but think of the harmony with the bakery. This is a coffee style that anyone can enjoy.

The Foret's music is colored with upbeat POP music. There are many people who visit for outings/excursions, and the outdoor space is the main, so the exciting music goes well with it. I would like to suggest one more thing, how about using the concept of drinking coffee in the forest with the branding of a farm created by young farmers, and choosing music that is more nature-friendly than POP music? Music also makes sense when describing this space.
