B3713🍽
A new Nordic (Nordic) restaurant has opened in the untitled dot of Cheongdam-dong, near Gangnam-gu Office Station.
In B3713, head chef Hye-min Jeong, with the trendy theme of fermentation, was concerned about creating a menu so that all customers could approach it in a friendly way.
There are probably many people who find it difficult because Nordic food is not yet a familiar genre in Korea, but I hope that anyone can visit it comfortably because you can feel the chef’s captivating plating and intuitive taste that makes anyone eat “Wow”.
Over time, it can become a hot place for Gangnam-gu Office where the wait for lunch is long.
At B3713, Chef Hyemin Jeong personally studies fermentation and serves dishes using seasonal Korean ingredients to customers.
Pickled vegetables, fermented vinegar, koji, and natural sweeteners are also actively used to enjoy attractive food that captures both taste and health at B3713.
It is said that they now operate brunch at lunch and use the space as a bistro in the evening.
It is good to look forward to dinner, as there will be dishes that show the identity of Chef Hyemin Jeong.
