A bagel specialty shop that opens from 8 am.
This is the Korean branch of Rats Bagel, which opened in New York in 1997.
They say they make their own bagels in the store the Jewish way. I don't know what it is, but it's traditional, so it must be something good...
After passing through the entrance lined with bamboo, the building comes out. It's a two-story building with outdoor seating as well, so it's really nice to go on a sunny day. I visited right after opening time, and the morning sun came in so well that I was able to create a good morning atmosphere.

There are a variety of bagels and cream cheese to choose from. The bagels were also varied, but the cream cheese made with various ingredients draws more attention. The most popular cream cheeses are skellians and figs. But I ordered strawberry cream cheese. Of course, I was very satisfied with the strawberry cream cheese.

It was nice to have a separate brunch menu. There were sandwich sets with egg or ham inside a bagel, and there were plates with yogurt. If you choose a bagel and cream cheese, salad and yogurt are served together, and the yogurt is also very satisfying!! There aren't any cafes that open early in Apgujeong, but I think this would be a really good option :)
