Chef Min-goo Kang, the owner-chef, looks at Korean food from different perspectives every time how to express it in a modern way.

Before the corona virus, we were constantly collaborating with famous chefs from all over the world for many exchanges.

Mingle's food is generally less favorable, and it is a place where guests can enjoy a meal comfortably.

Although the strong impact is relatively small, the flow of the course without clogging brings out the immersion of the guests.
