I haven't been to Omakase in 20 years in Daejeon, where I was born and raised.

I came across sushi late (actually, I didn't even eat wasabi)
They make excuses that omakase is not as popular as it is now.

In my hometown, Daejeon, I found out

Although omakase is operated separately by reservation system,
