Perigee
Gangnam-gu, Seoul • Restaurant
Ferry is located in Samseong-dong, one of the hottest pasta bars right now.
A restaurant run by a couple of chefs who worked in marea in New York and Queens in San Francisco.
The direction was closer to American Italian than classic Italian, so the barriers to entry were low and the dishes were easy to access.
In addition to the satisfying customer service who changes the plate for each dish and pays attention to the sense of temperature,
The starters that were excellent with champagne snacks such as Perigee Eclair and Tuna Crudo were also satisfactory because of the intuitive punch.
For the main dish, I ate agnolotti pasta stuffed with onion cream sauce and duck meat, Andarinos, which had a luscious biscuit sauce and lobster texture, and Cabatelli pasta menu with rosé sauce, which also had an impressive shrimp texture. .
It is not easy to make a reservation, but pasta lovers who are curious about a new style of Italian
A place I would like to recommend to those who are unfamiliar with the classic Italian cuisine.
