This sushi restaurant is located in Jeongja Station, where Chef Jungwoon Lee is.
I think this is the place for sushi that has received the most love from last year and this year.
The balance of high-quality shari (rice) and neta (fish ingredients) found in high-end sushi restaurants is amazing at every visit. Not only the quality of sushi, but also the dishes (tsumami) served in front of omakase when visiting in the evening are structured so that even non-drinkers can enjoy a glass of beer.
As for the composition of omakase, the chef selects the seasonal ingredients and the quality of the ingredients on the same day, so there is a slight difference in ingredients even in the same branch. However, there is hardly any difference in sushi quality enough to feel that a lot of attention is paid to Shari.
It is a place that is always difficult to make a reservation, but if you like sushi, I would definitely recommend you to go. Please note that the prices below are applicable from next year.
