However, it is possible to change the designation of the site if it receives a 'permission for development activities'. In the Seoul area, unless there are special circumstances, it is very difficult to obtain permission, but sometimes in small towns in local areas, permission is granted for the purpose of regional development. Thanks to this, this space reveals its form alone in the middle of a rice paddy field. It is a very different concept from the space called 'non-space' in Icheon before. The appreciation of the land next to the paddy field and the space in the middle of the paddy field are completely different. Even the author walks in and asks, 'How can there be a cafe like this?' I mean, I was skeptical. Several buildings are facing the road while walking to the paddy field on a road that is quite unsuitable for people to walk. There are a few private houses such as a Korean beef restaurant and Haeundae Milmyeon restaurant, but there are no cafes in sight while passing them. After walking down that short alley and coming out of Nonji, the space reveals itself.

There is only one space in the empty field. It is white and has a clear shape. Even from a distance, it is easy to recognize that it is a U-shaped building. It is amazing to see a white box mounted on a wide, yellow land with only the rice stalks left. After arriving at the space and hearing the word “unique,” I came to the conclusion that ‘it is possible’.

The closer space gradually reveals its scale. The shape of the parking lot laid out neatly in front of the parking lot and the space with a clean entrance without glass decorations are the same as when viewed from afar, but the closer you get, the fresher the unrivaled grandeur you feel on the flat ground.

Enter the space through the courtyard of the courtyard. The outside is the same. White. Clean. The floors are shiny and the walls are white. Since there are no buildings around, light enters the space neatly. As if designing a space and confirming a random scene in 3D, it continuously gives an impression that is far from reality.

From its simple form, clear movement, and neat location, this place contains 'unique' that is far from today's spaces with various elements.
