Café Authenticity Nonhyeon, located in the lobby of Miraeen, an educational company.

Even though it is a rectangular building, the entrance is on a narrow side, so the moment you enter, your eyes stretch out and you can feel an open feeling. In particular, the structure to prevent disturbance among users by dividing the space into three parts into a passageway, a work space, and a sofa seat was impressive.

The simple gray concrete texture, the south-facing sunlight shining on it, and the wooden ceiling adding a sense of warmth from the sunlight washed away the hustle and bustle of the Gangnam area in an instant.

The culmination of this peaceful space experience is the courtyard, which was once used as a parking lot, filled with minimal landscaping and concrete. A space like a small park where you can feel the feeling of having a picnic in the middle of Gangnam.
