Bartender Lim Byung-jin, a former world-class bartender winner of 2015 and one of the most famous bartenders, is the representative. It seems to have increased its popularity by appearing on the side of Back Spirit's traditional liquor.

A variety of signature cocktail menus based on traditional wines are impressive. The menu is updated by renewing signature cocktails every season, and while maintaining the balance of taste, bold touches were impressive in terms of diversity. Of course, classic cocktails can also be ordered.

What I ordered on this day was the "Pre-dinner Barang" cocktail based on Jeju Gujwa carrot syrup and sparkling wine.
"Four Societies" based on Wonjin, distilled at Three Society, the first single mot distillery in Korea.
Both menus harmonized the freshness of each ingredient and the flavor of the bases.

After a tour of various cafes and restaurants in Seochon, if you are unsure of the last train or a new place to visit, I recommend visiting the friendly bar Charm where you can experience new things :)
