You can see the chronological flow of various works that explored the subject of 'light', such as William Blake in the 18th century, William Turner and Claude Monet in the 19th century, Nam June Paik, Dan Flavin, James Turrell, and Olafur Eliasson in the 20th and contemporary writers.
