파스텔커피웍스 서촌점 Pastel Coffee Works
Seochon / Inwangsan, Seoul • Cafe
Now, I feel the charm and ability of a space and visit it with a heart to appreciate it, but just about two years ago, the space was literally the background.
I didn't care at all whether there were any good or bad things about it, the balance of each element, and whether it was a space with a specific intention or message.
I didn't realize it for a while, but probably more than 90% of the guests are similar to the old me. Sitting in the corner, looking at the people coming and going, I decided that it was still a valid family.
The impression given by the space of Pastel Coffee Works Seochon branch is that it clearly grasped and accepted this reality. Rather than using space or coffee as a means of self-expression, it seems to be focused on satisfying customers who will visit this place.
After all, for most people, if a cafe is a place to take a break or a caffeine filling station, it seems that they are determined to fulfill the role with an impact. It cannot be said to be the most brilliant space I have experienced, but it leaves a lingering impression of positive emotions after visiting.
