Mediterranean restaurant gastronomy in collaboration with @wani.farm to pursue Sustainable Gastronomy.
Basically, we pursue dishes that maximize the original taste of the ingredients with the minimum cooking process with ingredients mainly brought from the farm.
Unlike dishes that use various techniques, which are popular these days, the emphasis is on cleanliness in taste.
Overall, I feel grateful that they are releasing a genre that is hard to find in Korea like this.
I can't wait to see what kind of dishes you will use in the future.
