Today, I'm introducing you to one of my favorite pubs these days, Euljiro Chai. Chai is a place that does not aim for a specific cuisine but offers a variety of menus that can show intuitive tastes that the chef likes. From gnocchi that almost everyone is looking for, to homemade charcuterie, you can enjoy a wide range of spectrums. Thus, it can be said that it is a perfect place for people who love alcohol. Not only gnocchi and lamb ribs are great here, but if you want to have a special experience in Chai, the best way to enjoy Chai is also to eat the recommended menu by the chefs. It is also advantageous that it can meet the needs of any type of alcohol, whether it be beer, spirits, traditional alcohol, sake, wine etc, no alcohol is missing. It was because the representative and the chef paid attention to the pairing, it showed a great combination with the food. As it is already popular, it is hard to reserve, so I recommend those who are interested to reserve early. If you go often, the chef often makes a hidden menu that is not on the menu. Thanks to it, I'm eating well.
