🍓Strawberry Cardimum Tart
Strawberry tart from Olemus. The black powder on top of the raw strawberry and cream is the cardimum. Strawberry scent that follows the spicy and bright scent of Cardimum. It felt like they emphasized each other's scents more.
The creamy cream and the slightly thin strawberry confiture were not too sweet and were harmonious overall. Dessert went very well with tea.

This fig season, a dessert called melbara with parsley ice cream on top of figs was popular. The atmosphere was almost like a Melba restaurant.. Like this, every season, Olemus presents desserts with unique personality. This is a dessert shop you must follow!
