Yellow Dob, an Asian fusion & wine bar run by Chef Kang Jun-hyeok, who has worked at Home From Gui, Dots, and Thespoon.
Inside, the dark tone of the open kitchen is configured so that both the bar and the table can be used. As much as the introduction of 'Asian fusion', it is an attractive place with spices from various Asian countries and sauces based on them.
There is a lot of spice, so likes and dislikes seem to vary, but the spice composition without dislikes and the impactful dishes that can be said to be the main dish each give a dope feel as the name suggests.
My personal favorite menu items include fried egg, fish dumplings with scallop liver and scallops, fried eel mixed with coconut and scallop sauce, which I always order.
Mushroom noodles filled with morel and truffle flavor, Thai-style grilled chicken, deep-fried cuttlefish and shambal sauce.
