Natural wine bar "Sate" located in Haebangchon.
If I had to categorize it, I think it would be an Asian context.
I had high expectations before my visit, so my expectations were high.

Chicken Breast Salad Dish with Special Zumajang Sauce
The sourdough sprinkled with dried powder had an addictive taste,
I also felt that the cauliflower confit dish used the sauce very well.
The last dessert was also attractive.
It was really good because I could feel the buttery flavor and freshness at once with durian white chocolate ice cream and blood orange tamarind granita (sorbet flavor). I highly recommend you try it.
