Momos Roastery & Coffee Bar, located in Yeongdo, Busan, is not a cafe with the motif of a roasting factory, but a roasting factory of the Barista Champion that is literally open to the public.

From the coffee bean warehouse to the roasting, packaging, and coffee brewing process, starting from the left as you enter the entrance, the office space that manages all the processes is displayed naturally and concisely as if you were looking at a chronological table. Its connectivity, intuition, and visual splendor gave the impression of opening a well-drawn pop-up book.

As if to 'commemorate' the 'journey' contained in a cup of coffee, the baristas here serve each customer in detail, like a guide to the coffee they are looking for. However, the signature menu, Momos candy, contains the will to find the original taste contained in the coffee, but not to settle for it. I was impressed with the taste of the ride, starting with a deep espresso and ending with a sweet orange.

If you go expecting a typical cafe experience, you may be embarrassed by the excessively long waiting time. Also, due to the nature of the location, the faint smell of the port can distract you a little. But even so, it is a memorial to coffee itself, well worth experiencing if you are a coffee lover.
