Local Villa Bagel is a new cafe in Itaewon. These days, little by little we are finding our daily life, there is a new cafe near Itaewon Station that is attracting people. Opened by Oasis Hannam, famous for its brunch, Local Villa Bagel is a cafe where you can enjoy bagels and various coffees. From the opening hours on the weekend morning, I could see that it was crowded with people trying to start the day with bagels.

Inside, there are about 6-7 tables on the first floor, and a large share table and a green window seat in the basement. Personally, I like the basement window seat, and I was able to spend a leisurely time on the weekend morning, with the soft light coming in and the feeling of space that doesn't feel like it's underground. Even in the midst of busy schedules, the staff was friendly, and the chewy bagel and coffee taste that exceeded my expectations made me want to visit again.

I ordered an Americano and a blueberry bagel. The bagel was a bit pricey, but it was chewy and delicious. The coffee was dominated by the savory style, and I drank it more deliciously than I expected.

The music of Local Villa Bagel is colored with fast-tempo POP music. The harmony of space and music is not bad. Rather than calming music, bright music like now seems to suit me, and POP music seems to fit the space better than jazz or other options. However, I think it would be better if there were more vintage Indie POP songs than too common songs.
