"We embody the life of luxury but present it in a way that is both accessible and effortless" - this perfectly describes my experience at Fig & Olive. The interior of their Meatpacking location was absolutely gorgeous! I visited on a very warm spring day so I decided to take advantage and sit outside while enjoying their delicious dishes and wine.
We had the creamy burrata with caramelized peaches and tomatoes, the harissa marinated atlantic salmon with whipped herb feta, eggplant & red pepper bayaldi, a little gem salad with grilled avocado, crispy rosemary & parmesan fries, and a side of ratatouille with a perfectly runny egg.
This was all paired with their own Fig & Olive rosé, a beautiful Grenache blend with notes of lychee and citrus and an elegant, balanced finish.
On weekend late nights they have DJs curating playlists to transport you to an evening on the French Riviera, while Sunday Brunch features live jazz. Sounds so dreamy :)
