I found the Elcano, a spanish getaria in Korea where you immediately look for fish upon seeing it. The gizzard shad was movingly delicious. The chewy texture was art. Wondering when I'd go to Spain again, but now I can heal here from time to time. The gizzard shad is the best. I'm not usually good with raw tomatoes, but the tomato flavor here was really nice. The suckling pig was also delicious, but seafood overall left a strong impression. No regrets choosing seafood over skeleton. The chorizo on the rice dish was tasty, haha. The Basque cheesecake had a very nice harmony with ice cream, and finishing with dessert wine was delightful! I will visit when I miss Basque cuisine. Heartily enjoyed it.
