Giverny
A beautiful pond garden in Monet's paintings
Giverny is the setting for Monet's masterpiece <Water Lilies>. Giverny is easily accessible by train from Paris, making it a great place for a day trip to the suburbs. The garden is really beautiful and peaceful, as if you are looking at a landscape painting anywhere you look.
Passing through the house and going inside, the famous pond opens up. It has been preserved almost as it is without even being aware of it, and the scenery alone is as beautiful as a completed painting. I was fortunate enough to visit Giverny on a very fine day, and Giverny is a very beautiful memory for me.
A place where you could feel peaceful happiness only with the chirping of birds and the wind under the shade.
