Chocho Hotple <Gordon Ramsay Burger> that I made a reservation in February and went to in early April.

People who don't know him well or who have only seen meme online may think that he is a chef-tainer who has no substance and just became famous after appearing on TV, but that's not the case at all.

Gordon Ramsay only has 7 stars for restaurants operated by the Michelin Guide as of 2022, and in its heyday, it reached a whopping 15 stars. No matter what anyone says, he is a chef with incredible skills. As a Scottish cook, he was the first to earn three Michelin stars in the Michelin Guide.

Among the restaurants he runs, the most popular brand is Gordon Ramsay Burger, which opened a store in Seoul for the first time in Asia. Obviously, the status of Korea has changed a lot just that a store that would have opened in Tokyo 10-20 years ago entered Seoul. The thrill of being able to taste the Gordon Ramsay Burger in Seoul, which I could only eat when I went on a business trip to Las Vegas five years ago, made me excited.

You can enter immediately at the reserved time. The store was a lot bigger than expected and we were guided to the sofa seats inside. Ramsey's famous quote is written on the bar table-like seats in the middle where you can eat alone.

We ordered two of the most famous burgers, the Hell's Kitchen Burger and Forest Burger, as well as Truffle Mac and Cheese Onion Ring Just Fries and Milkshake as snacks. The quantity is not as small as I thought, but the only thing I made so much was Oba Yukba 🤔!

Hell's Kitchen Burger is named after 'Hell's Kitchen', a culinary survival showdown hosted by Gordon Ramsay. It is a burger with mozzarella cheese, roasted jalapeño, tomato, avocado, and aioli. The melted mozzarella cheese stimulates the appetite. I remember this was one of the burgers I ate at the Las Vegas store, and the composition of the heavy beef patty with fragrant cheese and avocado is very good. The patties were not juicy, but they had the right amount of juice, and it felt like they were made with good meat❣. It feels like it's not minced cheap meat, but well-cut meat.

Forest Burger is the most popular burger menu along with Hell's Kitchen Burger. Mushroom ragu, porcini mayonnaise, arugula, and soft-boiled fried egg made with fertilized egg were added to the Gruyère cheese. Personally, I like Forest Burger more than Hell's Kitchen Burger😍 It's also attractive that it doesn't feel overdone. Another point is that the yolk drips slightly from the half-boiled fry, making it more mild. In addition, the mushroom flavor from the porcini mayonnaise and mushroom ragu stimulates the tip of the nose.

Onion rings were the most delicious side menu!! Wow really... This is an onion ring restaurant 👍👍👍 Really thick fried onions! It's not salty onionling. The onion is crunchy and sweet, and the crispy fried batter is really delicious.
The fries were thick and delicious, but the ketchup that came with it was special. It tastes like you made it yourself. Not commercially available! The truffle mac and cheese is delicious. It's full of truffle flavor, but I think the amount would have been right if I hadn't ordered this, but this made me even more full.

After eating like this, 116,000 won comes out...
🤣 It's not a burger place, it's just a restaurant! It would be absurdly expensive for those thinking of Lotterian or McDonald's burgers, and considering that Gordon Ramsay's cuisine can be tasted indirectly, the price is acceptable.
