<Lingane Snack Bar>
@karinji_ringane
Karinji in Seongsu-dong has opened <Ringane Snack Bar> for a limited time in the evening. He started a full-fledged secondary (?) activity while making a new signboard.
The interior design of the space, inspired by a snack bar in a back alley in Tokyo, Japan, was also excellent, but what impressed me more was the menu structure and price.
These days, the F&B scene is in direct opposition to the trend that takes scarcity as a marketing point, such as reservation wars and application for Sugang. A menu that anyone can come and eat lightly. However, it did not miss the sensuous visual and the inner taste.
There are signs of intense contemplation, such as a menu that expands in various ways based on canned food, a menu like a high-end version of snacks that I ate while I was at Winning Eleven in my own room in college, and a kimchi nabe menu that continued the origins of Caringle.
It is also a point that makes the heart of office workers flutter that it is planned to be able to hold a night market on a day when the weather is nice like these days.
A day when you want a light drink after work
But on days when I don't want to eat Nogari.
I finally have a place to go.
