West Lake, which I visited 3 times while in Hanoi,
Highland Coffee located at the entrance.
It's a franchise, so it's clean and the drinks are generally tasteless, so it was good to listen to them comfortably throughout the trip. The cafe itself at this branch is spacious and the terrace is very wide, so it is good to take a leisurely break.
