Mapo tofu, fried rice, tantanmen, 2 bao..
We both ordered a lot.
It's nice to taste tantanmen without the original broth here. It is said that the tantanmen with soup was introduced to the Japanese taste by the overseas Chinese in Japan. I like both, but the tantanmen I met today is no soup!
Mapo tofu is also very good. Spicy and salty than expected. It was more delicious as it seemed to contain marinade. It is sold as a set with fried rice, but I think it was more oily and delicious because I ordered this set.
Bao is also delicious! At this point, what am I not good at? Thick pork belly, coriander and peanut flavor. I'm so full, but it's so delicious!
