KOREAN-FUSION GASTROBAR WITH BILLIARDS & HOUSEMADE GELATO! 🐅🇰🇷

Enter the urban jungle of Tigress - a new Korean-fusion gastrobar nestled within Orchardgateway. Tigress is part of a lifestyle concept called 82 SOHO, with their entertainment counterpart @kommune_82soho right next door! The gastrobar is built to mimic a jungle; we felt we were transported back in time to Daedeoksan where tigers used to roam free in Korea. 🐅 The restaurant has a private dining space and a billiards area which isn’t operational yet. 🎱

They’re still in their pre-opening phase with their main focus on Japanese wagyu fat-infused beef burgers. 🥩🍔 You can choose up to 3 different kinds based on the country of origin if you’re looking to elevate your experience! We had 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, which is Wagyu beef patty with parma ham and blue cheese. The pungent flavour packs a punch as the patty juices get mixed with the gaminess of the ham. 🍖 The 𝗞𝗶𝗺𝗰𝗵𝗶 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 has a slight sourness from the kimchi, but the saltiness of the bacon and beef balances it out! Another thing we noticed were the huge portions of the burgers, definitely worth every bite!

After a hearty meal, you’ll be wanting some nice desserts to end off. @oromagelato are the ones behind the housemade gelatos, churning out lighter variations that are tea-based. The outlet-exclusive 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 is made using Korean Yuja fruit and is refreshingly good especially after a heavy meal. 🍨 They have alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages too, such as the 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗵𝘆 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 which look too pretty to drink! 😍
