SPECIALTY COFFEE STUDIO WITH HOMEMADE DACQUOISE! ☕️🧁

The concept is born from combining the owners’ experiences with coffee from all around the world, building Abseil to be their humble abode for coffee lovers throughout the country to seek solace in. The space is built to be simple yet special, with a narrow structure and a lot of headspace to invoke a feeling of spaciousness and freedom. 😌

As expected, the menu is unpretentious with six different coffee beverages to choose from. We had the 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲, which was well-balanced with a nice nutty sweetness; we learnt after that the concept was built on balance too. 😂 There is a unique drink called the 𝗔𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗶𝗹 which is their take on Espresso con Panna. The coffee is infused with Osmose water for a clean taste and topped with cream for a creamy mouthfeel, yet presenting the espresso flavour as it is. ☕️🧁

Aside from the drinks, they have homemade 𝗗𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗲, which comes in flavours like earl grey and matcha. 🍰 It does not has an overpowering sweetness that pairs well with their nicely-brewed coffee. Definitely a spot not to be missed if you’re a diehard coffee fan like us!
