Guerrilla Coffee has just opened their doors to their first physical storefront after being in the industry for 4 years! The café is backed by @caffeinesolutions, a wholesale coffee solutions provider who provides cutting-edge specialty coffee equipment. It is no surprise that this café would be full of them too! 😲

If you’re a coffee enthusiast, this place will be like a playground to you! Unlike most places that brew their pourover by hand, Guerrilla uses the new 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝟬𝟮, which is a multi-functional brewer that is able to achieve that level of precision needed for filter coffee. Other than that, they have a 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 which is a milk frother machine that is able to churn out perfect silky milk for every milk beverage. 🥛

Aside from the machines, they grow their own mint leaves in-house! The leaves are used for their exclusive 𝗜𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝘁 to give the regular black coffee an extra refreshing kick. 🌱 There’s a little sweetness and minty spice from the frosted mint that they made by extracting the leaves’ essence. The interior is designed with the idea of building communities and fostering interactions through coffee, using large steps as seatings rather than regular chairs.
