ICE CREAM PARFAIT IN NEW RETAIL & CAFÉ SPACE! 🍨🍰

The upper retail section of ION Orchard is popularly known for their luxury brands and high tea cafés. The latest addition to the list is a collaboration between Bynd Artisan and Sunday Folks. 📔

The combined concept provides an experiential retail space for guests to observe the exquisite craftsmanship behind their handmade leather & paper gifts, and enjoy luxurious desserts in their café section. 🍨

We got the 𝗥𝘂𝗺, 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝘀 & 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁 as the Earl Grey was sold out. Still, it looked pretty good and have apple jelly in it. It looks pretty impressive to watch, as the staff seems to be concentrating intensely at every detailed step. 🤭 The end result? A gorgeous piece of work that felt like an ice cream cocktail. The alcoholic taste is pretty mild and the crumbs add a nice crunch! 🍏 Aside from their ice cream parfaits, check out their handmade cakes that looked amazing as well! 🍰
