It’s Friday night, and that means grabbing a drink or two! How about ditching the usual routine of hitting the regular spot, but go for another kind of bar? 🍻 Opened by the team behind @insidescoopsg, The Ice Cream Bar breaks the norm with their specialty alcoholic-forward gelato! 🍦

Just like a bar, explore the many different variations of liquor, including flavours like 𝗞𝗮𝗵𝗹𝘂𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 and 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘁. We’ve got the 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗶𝗲 which is infused with whisky. The mouthfeel of the gelato is amazing, super thick and creamy! 🍨 For this flavour, the woody hints from the whisky went really well with the nutty sweetness! We absolutely love the extra brownie bits! 🥜 If you prefer an extra kick, take things up a notch with the 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰. The sharpness of the whisky really cuts through, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste from the chocolate. 🍫

We’ve got to say this is one of the more enjoyable gelato experiences for us, since alcoholic flavours are usually the forgotten ones in ice cream parlours.
