CLOUDY GELATO ON WAFFLES! ☁️🧇🍨

Everyone hates Mondays. But it gets a lot bearable if you have some sweet treats to help you get through the day, and this place knows how to make it extra sweet! 🍬

Around the end of Geylang Road near Paya Lebar Quarter is the brand-new Monday Blues, which serves up 16 different flavours of gelato all the way till 3am for your late-night dessert cravings! 🌃 Their clean interiors made the space look like a trendy fashion store with hand-painted Travertine stone walls, really different from their cute logo.

What’s special about this place is their 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲, which is your regular waffles with two scoops but a thick cotton candy “cloud” around the base! ☁️ From some angles, it looks like ice cream sent from the heavens! 👼 We got the 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲, which is pleasantly not too sour! The 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘁 is another favourite as well. Just imagine your beloved coco shake but as an ice cream! 🥥 The cotton candy is quite difficult to eat and can get real sticky when you try to eat it, so it works better as a garnish.
