Phê La - Hồ Tùng Mậu
Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam • Cafe
- 𝗣𝗵ê 𝗟𝗮 - This must be a name that is no longer a stranger to milk Oolong followers, a brand that after only 1 year has had 9 stores. Started as a store that only sells take away and now, 𝗣𝗵ê 𝗟𝗮 has just marked its brand on the map of Ho Chi Minh area by launching 2 new stores. Last weekend, I had the opportunity to experience Ho Tung Mau store, District 1, so I took a few pictures here to share with everyone.
🌟About the space of ê 𝗟𝗮 - Ho Tung Mau, the store has a ground floor, a floor and a terrace area. Inspired by the design in the style of camping with a slight Da Lat direction, with the appearance of folding tables, umbrellas and the main brown tone, not only me, but those who come to ê 𝗟𝗮 can all feel a rustic, cozy and close space. My favorite is the terrace area in this shop of ê , this is also the area designed in the boldest camping style, with a very chill view of many green trees overlooking Nguyen Hue pedestrian street and the axis of the road. Ho Tung Mau Street, one of the busiest streets in Saigon, I firmly believe that sipping a glass of O Long milk here at night and chatting with friends is very ideal. With this design style, ê is a more suitable place for dating, or meeting to chat than a place for you to work or study, and if you are in need of a place to be. To relax, to chill, ê 𝗟𝗮 is a perfect place for you to hang out next time.
📋About the menu of ê 𝗟𝗮, focus on the drink line with ingredients from Dalat specialty Oolong Tea along with the same preparation methods as coffee such as: Coldbrew, Moka Pot, Syphon and of course indispensable. 2 types of fresh pearls (O Long Pearls and Roasted Rice Pearls) are cooked fresh every day by 𝗣𝗵ê 𝗟𝗮. In addition, the shop also serves a variety of pastries. The menu I will post in the review of the dishes I use at the restaurant.
