I'll be honest. As soon as I checked in, I fell into a deep sleep. I thought it was me It was the same when I came last March. So this time, I went to the swimming pool and came back to eat breakfast, but I fell asleep again. It is a sleep restaurant. Although I missed breakfast and the indoor pool this time, I want to talk about the rooms and the outdoor pool. Weekend reservations are fierce, so I also made a reservation 2 months in advance for this place, Parapara. And let's have a chat about why we had no choice but to fall into deep sleep.


👉 A place that comes to mind whenever you are really tired

There are times when I get tired of gray buildings. When you don't have time to look up at the sky, you just run out of energy. Meanwhile, 'I want to escape the city!' It is also a job to drive a car and go far. At that time, I found a hotel nestled in the woods in Seoul, and the Douglas House at the foot of Mt. Acha in Gwangjin-gu has served me well in the past.

And now there is Parapara, which has established itself at the foot of Mt. Bukhan. It gives us more options.

You can feel it the moment you walk in. That feeling of 'Now I'm going to rest~'. There are no high-rise buildings to be found. All I see is a blue-green tree. And about a person taking a leisurely walk. Only the sound of water and birds. It's definitely Seoul, but it's not like Seoul. This taste keeps coming back to me.

Paraspara basically has spacious rooms. The same is true of the place we stayed this time. It is not in the circular building that is the symbol of this place, but in another building. You feel like you are in a private resort. (For reference, this building has fewer than 5 rooms per floor.)

The first word that came out the moment I opened the door to the room. 'Also. As expected!'
Dark wood, a combination of white and beige. Comfortable and cozy atmosphere. A sense of luxury at the same time. just good

Now is the time to turn off your phone for a while and disconnect from the world.


👉 Feels like you slept for a week

You can use various services such as Netflix, YouTube, and TV. All you have to do is lay down your food and mercilessly lazily doze off on the sofa. Then get up for a while and take a half-bath time in the bathtub once. and highlights. Let's lie in bed for a while. Green trees looking out the window.

All I hear is the birdsong. Since this place is not in the middle of the city in the first place, there is no sound of horns, speed racers, or loud chattering noises. just quiet Even if you say you don't close your eyes, your eyes are closed. It's been a long time since I've been into deep sleep.


👉 A walk here is a must

The first thing I did as soon as I woke up after taking a breath is to go for a walk. It is also the charm of Parapara. There are a total of 3 trekking courses. I haven't been to the longest course yet, but there are also short courses so please take a look. You may feel happy that you can walk leisurely rather than walking after a long time.

👉 Passing time in the outdoor pool

There are a total of 3 swimming pools in Parapara. One is for sale members only. The other two are swimming pools for guests to use. It is divided into indoor and outdoor swimming pools. This time we went to the outdoor swimming pool. Among hotels in the Seoul area, it is rare to find an outdoor swimming pool.

It's not very large, but it's perfect for lying on a sunbed under a parasol and getting in and out of the water when it's hot. Just looking at it makes me feel at ease.


Once in March and once in July. This is the only thing I feel after going there twice.
Also. If you don't have the strength to go far outside of Seoul, and want to take a break in isolation in nature, this place seems to come to mind again.
