In the area known as Little Italy or North Beach, there are plenty of delicious spots and sights to enjoy. My first meal in San Fran at Sotto Mare and the crowded Golden Boy Pizza are all here. In Little Italy, it would be unthinkable not to enjoy the coffee and tiramisu... Cafe Greco has a unique structure of two connected spaces. Larger and more spacious than expected, there's ample seating including outdoor tables. I ordered a tiramisu and an espresso from their unique, book-like menu. Aside from tiramisu, they also sell various Italian desserts, gelato, as well as paninis and salads for brunch. They serve Illy coffee. The tiramisu was not overly sweet but was full of flavor. The intense coffee taste followed by a rich cream was utterly charming. It might not be everyone's taste as it's not that sweet - a thought that crossed my mind. But for me, each bite was more enchanting than the last. I wonder if I could experience this taste again in Korea...
