- 𝗖𝗮𝗳é 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗮 - It can be said that this is a cafe with a super minimalist concept that I have experienced so far in the process of hanging out. The shop just opened on the 22nd, so I also took the opportunity to take some pictures to share with everyone.

🌟About the design of 𝗖𝗮𝗳é 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗮, located on the small street of Do Quang, District 2, there is no traffic, so the interior space of the shop is quite quiet. You won't find anything other than the bartender, 2 rows of metal benches with small tables arranged along for guests to order drinks. I see that the shop is also setting up some chairs in the corner of the wall for backup, maybe for those of you who go in a large group. With this design, I think é will not be suitable for those who are in need of studying or working, but if you are looking for a place just to chat without being distracted by other factors, it is very suitable. Maybe 𝗖𝗮𝗳é 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗮 is the place that you should visit. It looks so minimalistic, but I see a lot of friends come to check in. The music list on the day I came to the shop was also quite good, the staff were also enthusiastic to drive the car for customers👍.

📋 About 𝗖𝗮𝗳é 's menu is also quite interesting because if you want to see the menu you have to use your phone to scan the QR code of the restaurant's menu. Includes brewed coffee and other beverages such as chocolate, tea and Kombucha. Besides, the shop also serves delicious buttercream croissant. The menu I will post in the review of the dishes I use at the restaurant.
- 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗼 & 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗮 & 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁 - These are 2 dishes of water and 1 dish of cake I used at 𝗖𝗮𝗳é 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗮.

1️⃣𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗼 - This dish, personally, I find the caramel flavor to be clear, the espresso is fragrant and there is a slight fat from the milk. What I like about this dish is the moderate sweetness, which feels quite pleasant when drinking.

2️⃣𝗞𝗼𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗮 - This is 𝗖𝗮𝗳é 's fermented tea, this dish is quite refreshing because kombucha still holds a lot of gas, has a light acidity and a moderate sweetness.

3️⃣𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁 - this is the buttercream croissant version, this dish is still warm on the outside, the inside is cold buttercream, the buttercream part is not too sweet, but the butter flavor is still not strong. 😂 and this dish is also the highest priced item on the menu. This is also a dish worth trying if you like croissant and ice cream🥐🥑.
