- 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 - A cozy cafe nestled peacefully on Ngo Thoi Nhiem street in District 3 that I recently had the opportunity to go to, so I was ready to take some pictures to share with everyone.

🌟About the design of 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 - Facing the eye is a facade surrounded by a lot of trees, creating a pleasant feeling right before I step foot in the shop. 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 has 2 floors with most of the interior made of wood and orange-yellow lights, so it feels quite cozy. I noticed that inside the restaurant, there are tables for 2 people, 4 people and long tables for those who go in large groups. This is a coffee that I think will be suitable for almost all needs of going to the shop, from studying, working as well as meeting with friends. The music on the day I came to the shop was also quite gentle and the attitude of the staff here was also very considerate to customers.

📋About the menu of 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 mainly coffee dishes, from traditional coffee, machine brewing, cold brewing and coffee made by hand. In addition, the shop still has non-coffee dishes such as juices, tea dishes and smoothies for those who are afraid of being drunk with coffee. The menu I will post in the review of the dishes I use at the restaurant.


- 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗠𝗲 & 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 & 𝗩𝟲𝟬 + 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗮 - These are the 3 dishes I used at 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿.

1️⃣𝗞𝗼𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗠𝗲 - Also known as tamarind-fermented tea, this dish has been very popular in recent times, so almost every cafe has updated Kombucha in the menu. It is a pretty good beverage that is very beneficial for digestion. The mild sour taste from the fermented tea along with the tamarind taste is clearly shown, with a slight sweetness quite pleasant. If you like Komhucha, you can order it, 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 will change the taste of kombucha weekly, so there will be many different flavors😁.

2️⃣𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 - I don't know if it's because the coffee machine at 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 is so good, but the latte I drank that day was delicious. The milk has been whisked to a medium heat until it is sweet and slightly fatty, accompanied by an equally rich and aromatic espresso. Latte fans, don't hesitate to order this dish when you come to 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 .

3️⃣𝗩𝟲𝟬 + 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗮 - As a cafe specializing in coffee, coffee dishes made by manual methods are indispensable in the menu of 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿. This is a pour over pot using manual brewing method, dispensing equipment is 𝗩𝟲𝟬 and using 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗮 seeds. If you like handmade coffee, you can order it.
