- 𝗟𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗿 - A European-style bistro has just appeared not long ago, located somewhat peacefully in the center of Saigon on Ho Huan Nghiep street, District 1. I was also curious to try and take pictures. Some pictures to share with everyone.

🌟Regarding the design of 𝗟𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗿, taking mint green as the main color throughout the space consisting of 2 floors of the shop, it has partly created a comfortable feeling for me when sitting here in an early morning. The interior of the shop is mostly made of wood with orange lights, so it is quite suitable for those who are looking for a cozy space to chat with friends or even hug their laptop here. to work or read a book. The space outside and inside of 𝗟𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗿 has quite a lot of green trees, giving a feeling of coolness and being closer to nature, especially the area near the window on the 2nd floor, you can sit here and take a look outside. Outside, you will see a quite poetic scene :D. Compared to the 1st floor, on the 2nd floor, there are more tables and chairs arranged, including double tables, 4-person tables and long tables for those who go in large groups. I don't know when the night falls, the space at 𝗟𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗿 will be like, but I went to the shop in the morning and found the space quite quiet. The plus point is that the staff here are very friendly and attentive. Note that the shop is only open from Monday to Saturday, and currently has a Happy Hour program from 17:00-19:00 every day.

📋About the menu of 𝗟𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗿, being a bistro, of course, in addition to coffee, tea, juice, smoothies or cakes, the menu of savory dishes and desserts at 𝗟𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗿 is also very diverse. The menu I will post in the review of the dishes I use at the restaurant.

- 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗼 & ê𝗽𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗿é𝗺𝗲𝘂𝘀𝗲 - These are the 2 dishes I use at 𝗟𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗿.

1️⃣𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗼 - Italian coffee is already so familiar, at 𝗟𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗿 you will be able to choose 1 of 2 types of coffee beans (local and Lavazza beans) to prepare for this dish. I chose local beans and found this to be a decent cappuccino, if you like cappuccino, don't hesitate to try it out 😊.

2️⃣𝗖𝗿ê𝗽𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗿é𝗺𝗲𝘂𝘀𝗲 - This is a rare salmon crepe, on the menu of 𝗟𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗿's breakfast dishes, the crêpe is soft, has a certain toughness and is very fragrant with butter, served with spinach and mushrooms as it is. Stir-fried with spices so it has a mild salty taste, served with fresh salmon and dipped with dill cream sauce. In general, for my taste, it's delicious everyone 😂, I just don't know how to describe it, but if you like crêpe, I think 𝗟𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗿 will not disappoint you. In addition to savory crêpes, there are also sweet crêpes for everyone to choose from.
