- 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗻𝘆 - A shop that I think is not too strange for those who often hang out, but saying that does not mean that Maison de Boony is old, but instead - right at the time. The point that I write this article - Maison de Boony has changed a lot since the first time I knew about the shop, both in terms of space and drinks. With Christmas approaching, I think this is the right time to come back and experience a completely new space at Maison de Boony.

In terms of design, the shop takes the main white tone, the interior is mostly wooden and is designed like a house in the Nordic style. The shop has 1 floor and is divided into 2 rooms, if you have been to Maison de Boony since the early days and have not returned for the second time, I think you will be quite surprised with the new space of the shop. Currently, Maison de Boony has expanded the area and decorated many check-in corners with a festive atmosphere inside. As for the name Maison de Boony, according to my research, Boony is the paired name at home of the two owners, "Maison de Boony" can be roughly understood as "Boony's house" meaning the guest. Going to the shop but actually it is like going to a friend's house to sit down and have some coffee and chat in a cozy space. Not forgetting to talk about the quietness of the shop, located on a small street Le Quy Don (Phu Nhuan District) with few cars passing by, so I can clearly feel the quietness when sitting here, the light outside shines in. The inside is also quite gentle, giving me a feeling of comfort with the music list that the shop is playing.

The menu of Maison de Boony is quite diverse when it includes a full range of machine-made coffee dishes, milk teas, fruit teas and smoothies. Besides, the shop also serves cakes, sandwiches and croissant to accompany. Especially the Smoothie Bow menu at Maison de Boony is quite affordable compared to the shops that I have passed. The detailed menu I will post in the review of the dishes I use at the restaurant.

1️⃣𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗯𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮 - This is cold brew coffee served in the style of a famous Mexican cocktail Margarita, there will be a little salt on the top of the glass, so when drinking, you will feel the sweetness and aroma from the coffee. Cold brewed coffee, with a hint of lemon sourness and saltiness on the tip of the tongue. Is an interesting cold brew coffee Maison de Boony.

2️⃣𝗧𝗿𝗮̀ 𝗔𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 + 𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗮 - This is a fruit tea at Maison de Boony, the ingredients include tea, acerola juice and red dragon fruit. This dish is quite refreshing in my opinion. The tea has a strong taste, the sweet cherry juice, a little red dragon fruit that is diced to chew is also fun, the picture is also quite beautiful.

3️⃣𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁 - This is a croissant sandwiched with ham, bacon, cheese and salad. Crispy croissant crust, inside still retains its toughness. This dish is also quite tasty, very suitable for breakfast.

4️⃣𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 - This is a homemade cheese matcha cake. If you notice, Maison de Boony has its own bakery, where all kinds of cakes are sold in the menu, so the cakes here are quite neat. This dish has a clear matcha taste, a little bit of fat from the cheese, so it will be better to eat it while it is still cold.

5️⃣ 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲 - As a smoothie combined with strawberries, the top is also topped with many different types of strawberries and nuts, this dish I think you guys who are losing weight will need😁, But even if you don't lose weight, this is still a healthy and delicious dish to try when coming to Maison de Boony, not only because it's delicious but also very affordable compared to the common ground🌟.
