- 𝗦'𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗳è - This is probably no longer a strange name for those who like to hang out at cafes, and even those who are looking for good check-in corners. A shop that I think has received a lot of attention from a large number of young people who love coffee and even love architecture right when the shop has just been launched. I still remember clearly the day I went to the shop, October 28, 2020 was the first day that 𝗦'𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗳è soft opening, until now when I have the opportunity to come back - after more than 1 year of operation - 𝗦'𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗳è is still neat, still gives me the same feeling of excitement as the first day I visited the shop.

🌟About the design of '𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 è, the shop has 3 floors, I see a lot of mix between new and old materials, the glass walls I see are being used by many shops to welcome guests. sunlight while still creating comfort for those sitting inside. The unique feature in 𝗦'𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 è is the unfinished brick walls, plus the rough painted wall color, creating an old feeling. My favorite point in '𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 è is the garden on the ground floor - behind and the garden on the top floor, called the garden because '𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 è put a lot of trees in here, I think it will It is very interesting to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and chat with friends in these 2 spaces of the shop. Currently, the shop has also immersed in the festive atmosphere by cleverly decorating each small corner inside, the most prominent one is probably "Christmas Kitchen Corner at '𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 è" and weaving in small corners. Others throughout the space of the shop are ready for you to come and check-in.

📋 About the menu of '𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 è, I will explain more clearly in the review of the dishes I use at the restaurant

- 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 - These are 2 Cocoa Milk dishes combined with fruit, which are two of the many new dishes on this menu that I used at 𝗦'𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗳è.

1️⃣ 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 - This is banana milk cocoa. At first, I thought the milk cocoa flavor would not be too special, but what surprised me was the banana jam below, even though it was mixed with the milk cocoa, the banana flavor was still very clear. , the sweetness is also quite moderate, it is a kind of sweet, not too sweet.

2️⃣ 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 - Similar to the above dish, but this cup uses fresh strawberry jam, still the same rich cocoa flavor, a little fat from milk and accompanied by a little sour and sweet from the strawberry jam below. .

🌟Both of these dishes will definitely taste better when everyone stirs them so that the cocoa, fresh milk and the fruit jam below are mixed together.

🌟This time, I came back and saw that 𝗦'𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀's menu compared to before was also improved a lot, more suitable for young audiences as well as for takeout or delivery.
The menu system of 𝗦'𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 revolves around three sources of Vietnamese agricultural products, namely Coffee - Tea - Cacao to develop water dishes. The main highlight of 𝗦'𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀's menu is probably prioritizing the use of natural ingredients and minimizing the use of flavoring & sweetening syrups in the preparation.
